Privacy policy
How I look after your personal information.
Last updated 8 October 2026
Life is Peachy Photography is run by Cheryl, a family and newborn photographer based near Huntly, Aberdeenshire. I take your privacy seriously and only ever use your information to run your photography session and keep in touch about it.
What I collect
When you get in touch or book a session I collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share (for example your children’s names, your preferred date and location). If you book, I also keep a record of your session, quotes, invoices, payments and signed contract.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your session, send your quote, contract, invoices and gallery, and remind you about your session or payments. I will never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help me run the business: my website hosting and email, my online gallery provider (Pic-Time) when your photos are delivered, and – if you pay online – the payment provider shown at checkout.
Your photographs
I may share a few favourite images from your session on this website or social media. If you’d rather I didn’t, just let me know at any time and I’ll respect that.
Website statistics
This website counts visits so I can see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies or advertising trackers, and it doesn’t store anything on your device. Only part of your IP address is kept, and statistics are deleted after 12 months.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after two years. Booking records, invoices and contracts are kept for six years, as required for my accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me and I’ll reply within a month.
